Vhusi, a seasoned entrepreneur, possesses extensive expertise in both financial services and technology. As the co-founder and CEO of Diaspora Kapita, an investment company with interests in contract mining, agriculture, building materials supply, retail pharmacies, and financial services.
Vhusi is at the forefront of the Tsigiro Usekelo diaspora platform initiative. This visionary project aims to connect and empower the Zimbabwean Diaspora on a global scale, fostering a strong sense of community, cultural pride, and abundant economic opportunities for all its members.
Before embarking on his journey with Diaspora Kapita, Vhusi played a key role as the business unit Lead at PwC in the realm of Technology Advisory Consulting. He had previously made significant strides in his career, having sold Cerrex Consulting to PwC, where he was a co-founder and shareholder.
Apart from his role as CEO and co-founder, Vhusi also takes on the responsibilities of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at NAFUICO, an investment holding firm primarily involved in Insurance and Funeral Services.
Vhusi’s multifaceted background and commitment to innovation make him a driving force in the realms of business and technology, contributing to both the growth of Diaspora Kapita .

Investment practitioner with a track record in cost effective enterprise development experience, business development, trade and investment facilitation.  For over 33 years, Lovemore has been involved in programs and projects geared towards trade development investment attraction, economic development across Sub-Saharan countries through promotion of industrial development, investments, trade and export promotion, technology transfer and business linkages.

He has been involved in Creating sustainable conditions for enterprise creation and growth; reducing the cost of doing business; assisting in positioning the private sector to respond to opportunities in specific categories of the market; and increasing the number of formal enterprises, employment and skilled workers. He has excellent knowledge and understanding of the science & technology sector and the innovation cycle for taking technologies from concept to commercialization.  He has assisted several start-ups with strategy formulation resulting in bankable business plans. Munya is a practical and hands-on IT Professional who enjoys implementing Business Solutions and Applications that eventually result in the use of ICTs as a business enabling tool. Munya has diverse cultural and geographical experiences spreading across 2 continents (Africa & Europe) and the following countries: Zimbabwe, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Botswana, Namibia, Ghana, Mali, Niger, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Germany

Background:

Winstone Masango is currently a non-executive director of Diaspora Kapita and executive Director of RLM Consulting Engineers. He has vast experience in the design, project management and construction supervision experience on civil and structural engineering projects in South Africa.

He has been involved in construction management of mega projects which include the Gautrain Rapid Rail Link and Medupi power station. He has played significant role as consulting Engineering professional on government implementation projects through various programmes which mainly include the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) on various infrastructural projects.

He is registered as a professional with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), a corporate member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineering (SAICE) and an associate member of the Association of Arbitrators Southern Africa.
